RETURN and REFUND

We want you to enjoy your gOzOzO Pouch. You have 30 days from purchase or receiving your pouch to return it for a full refund (*minus shipping costs). All items returned must be in original condition without marks or blemishes. Email me about the return and I will send you mailing info. for the return.

Note: Some infants don't particularly like the cradle position but once they can hold their head up and can sit in more upright positions (especially the hip carry) they may love the pouch sling. My daughter (who is two) tells me "sling mommy!" and likes to be carried on my hip but wasn't able to go into the cradle position because of medical issues.

EXCHANGE

If the pouch does not fit right and you need another size, please email me and we can send you another size. All items returned must be in original condition without marks or blemishes. Before ordering, make sure you measure yourself correctly. These pouches are made for the person(s) measured. It's difficult to share your sling with a partner who may have a different size. If you have any questions, email me and I can call you back if you need immediate assistance (EST)

* Shipping cost may not be reimbursed since this is a small home grown business.

RE-SIZING

We want your sling to fit you properly. If you purchased a gOzOzO pouch and need it re-sized to a smaller size* we are happy to re-size it for you at the cost of $5.00. Re-sizing can only occur if the sling is too big; for quality and safey reasons we are unable to use the same sling and make it larger.
